# Reactivate my account

To reactivate your account you can simply log back into your account and follow the prompts to reactivate your account when it appears.

If this does not work, it could be because an error occurred if you recently migrated to a new PDS. If this is the case, you can login using your DID (decentralized ID) instead of your username, with your password.

To locate your DID, use this link: <https://huggingface.co/spaces/bluesky-community/bluesky-did-lookup>

**Note**: When logging into or reactivating your account, don’t forget to update your server name to the server you’ve migrated to if you aren’t logging in using their site directly as it won’t be set as the default.

If none of the above works, your account [may have been banned](/using-blacksky/troubleshooting/ive-been-banned.md) by our server or Bluesky’s. If this is the case, you can [open a support ticket](https://blackskyweb.xyz/about/support/) with us and we’ll review the ban and get back to you within 5 business days with our decision.
